FAN,s Vision is to work for a prosperous and just society that manages it's natural resources sustainably.

To achieve this, Forest Action Network FAN is Implementing or has implemented several projects/programmes at National and Regional levels.

FAN implements these projects/activities through various programmes currently being run within the organization. There are four major programmes at FAN:

a) Programme I: Management of Trees & Forests

b) Programme II: Policy Research & Analysis

c) Programme III: Environmental Protection & Conservation

These programmes in turn are supported by a finance officer and an administrator.
