The Environmental Protection and Conservation Programme is under the supervision of a Programme Officer.
The broad objective of this programme is: to enhance environmental protection and conservation.  
It will carries out the functions listed in the table below:

2.To advocate for the enforcement  of tools and instruments for environmental conservation and protection
